

Either these are a year or two old or I've seen a similar concept. But these ads for Vespa are another great example of completely self-contained ads. All copy, product and/or logo exists inside the image itself and are not dropped in by a designer. (The website has been added - but is an afterthought.) This type of execution results in incredibly simple ads that make the reader work a bit harder to put the pieces together. In this case, I like the parallel they make between an arcade pin-ball game and driving a vespa through the city. It's smart and well executed. But too often this type of work feels more like a visual riddle than an ad. Agency unknown.
